Bridestowe lavender estate

Less than one hour’s drive from Country Club is Bridestowe Lavender Estate.

The fields of spectacular purple bloom are worth exploring. Lavender is a seasonal flower, coming to bloom and harvested over the summer months between December and early February.

The gift shop and cafe sell just about every lavender-inspired product you can think of, including soap, art, sachets, balm, heat packs, oil, tea, lotion, honey, candles and of course, Bobbie the Bridestowe teddy bear. If you forget to pick one up, Country Club Collectables also sells some Bridestowe Lavender products.

The farm is open seven days a week, except on Christmas Day. Entry is $10 per person during the flowering season, free for those aged under 16, and free outside of flowering season. Tasmanian residents are welcome free of charge all year round.
