The safety and security of our guests have always been our priority. Here at Country Club Tasmania, our focus is ensuring you are comfortable with the increased measures we have put in place around coronavirus (COVID-19). For your convenience, our clean commitment outlines the steps we now have in place to ensure your safety and the safety of our team.

Following COVID-19 safe government guidelines, we have introduced the following measures at Country Club;

Social Distancing  – Please keep 1.5 metres apart from each other – especially when in groups

Good Hygiene – Wash your hands – Using soap and water thoroughly wash your hands for 20 seconds.

Capacity Restrictions – We are limiting the number of people allowed in each area.

Cleaning – Increased cleaning systems with surfaces more regularly cleaned for your safety.

Cashless Payment – Please pay by card wherever possible

Feeling Unwell – If you’re not feeling well, please return home and seek medical advice.

Contact Tracing – We are ensuring we can identify who has visited

Our Clean Commitment

We have always been committed to extensive cleaning practices at Country Club.  Below are some of the additional practices we have now implemented for your peace of mind;

COVID-19 Training
All employees have received Training on COVID-19 safety and sanitation protocols with more comprehensive Training for our teams with frequent visitor contact.

Cleaning Protocols
We use cleaning products and protocols which meet recommended guidelines and approved for use. Cleaning and sanitation guidelines followed according to the Safework Australia standards and in some instances have been increased to ensure high-touch points thoroughly cleaned and sanitised.

Cleaning Products
Through our supplier Ecolab, all employees will undertake further training and be familiar with the correct chemicals to be used for all situations where sanitation is required.

Personal Protective Equipment
All employees will wear appropriate PPE based on their role and responsibilities and in adherence to state or local regulations and guidance.  Additional PPE use will be implemented where appropriate due to COVID-19 recommendations.


Country Club Resort

When staying at Country Club, you can expect to see some additional procedures in every area of the resort, which may include:

Social Distancing
Guest queuing markers and capacity zones clearly labelled to ensure you have personal distance between yourself and other guests.

Reception
Reduced contact on arrival and during check-in, cashless transactions wherever possible, and hand sanitiser available on arrival.

Rooms & Facilities
Frequent disinfection of surfaces in-room and public spaces, special attention to high-touch areas including elevators, light switches, handles and knobs, telephones, television remote controls, clocks, and keys.

Food & Beverage
New standards and service approach to buffets, banquets, room service, and catering.
